Out"

Intercessory Prayer Ministry (Meets

Mission. Under the direction of and with
collaboration of the Diaconate Ministry, we provide
services where people are ill, hurting, hopeless and
uninformed by sharing the good news of the gospel as we
remember God's grace and mercy; encourage fellow disciples
to honor God with our resources by supporting mission
efforts on foreign lands, on the national, state and local
levels; and encourage daily intercessory prayer, devotion
and Bible study among all of our members.
Global Missions. We participate in Global
Missions efforts through the Baptist Global Missions
Bureau of the Progressive National Baptist Convention, the
Lott Carey Baptist Foreign Missions Convention, and the
American Baptist Convention.
State Missions. We support the mission efforts
of the General Baptist State Convention of North Carolina
through our contributions and other services to Shaw
