This is a supplement to the White Rock Child Development Center salary scale.  A staff’s level on scale is determined by the director through observation and evaluation of performance which exceeds program expectations in addition to meeting the above listed requirements.

Written documentation must be received for each area of scale.  Professional readings and trainings or workshops attended must be documented on proper form.

A staff member can be granted (1) one waiver of requirements to move to the next step.

If staff do not meet above listed requirements or exceed program expectations to move to the next step they will receive a cost of living increase based on the federal government standard.
